In September 2024, I relocated to Ontario prompted by a major life milestone, which unfortunately did not work out. I am somebody who has faced much adversity in my life, so instead of faltering to the roadblock, I rose to the challenge to climb it.
Two of my closest friends graciously offered me their aid. Both had established careers in the field of technology as well. One of them suggested I attend a local technical college in his area. Georgia sat perfectly in-between the state I previously lived in, Tennessee, and the state my other roommate was moving from. It worked out well for us.
We began planning the move in December 2025 and executed the plan in January 2026. After braving the icy roads following the winter storms, I arrived safely in Georgia in early February.
While I initially considered an Associate's degree, I've since decided to pursue a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity!
